VacuSafe™ Premium Marinades and GROVAC reduce the levels of bacteria up to 99.5%.

Bacteria harmful to your health such as salmonella, listeria, e. coli and others.  These are pathogenic bacteria.
Spoilage bacteria such as aeromonas, pseudomonas and putrefaciens.
 

VacuSafe™ Premium Marinades and GROVAC remove the following types of bacteria:

Both aerobic and anaerobic bacteria.
Both gram negative and gram positive bacteria.
Both pathogenic and non-pathogenic bacteria.
 

Taste Benefits

The taste of products processed with VacuSafe™ Premium Marinades and GROVAC™ is more consistent.  This taste is described as "clean and fresh".

Products processed with VacuSafe™ Premium Marinades and GROVAC™ have fat levels reduced up to 30%.
Products processed with VacuSafe™ Premium Marinades and GROVAC™ have fewer calories due to the reduction of fat in the product.
Although GROVAC™ lowers the levels of fat and delays enzyme activity, it has no negative effect on nutritional values.
 

Cleaner Product 

VacuSafe™ Premium Marinades and GROVAC™ products are cleaner.

The GROVAC™ process cleans not just the outside surfaces as normal washing does, but the GROVAC™ ingredients along with the vacuum allow the solution of natural ingredients to flush out undesirable substances located in the area of interstitial (the area between the cells) fluid.
