What does a vacuum tumbler do?     MARINATOR Vacuum Tumblers are designed to allow moisture and seasonings to quickly and evenly penetrate meats, poultry and seafood.

Are MARINATOR™ Tumblers difficult to operate?  All MARINATOR Vacuum Tumblers have basic instructions printed on each unit. An easy, step-by-step instruction card is included with each unit. 

How are FlavorVac™ and VacuSafe™ Marinades different?    FlavorVacMarinades are blends of seasonings and spices that impart flavor and moisture to meats, seafood, and poultry.  VacuSafe Premium Marinades are designed for use only in a MARINATOR Type "VS" Vacuum Tumbler and include the patented GROVAC  process.

What is GROVAC™?   GROVAC is a patented process for improving the flavor, enhancing the natural juiciness, and reducing up to 99.5% of the food borne bacteria present in meats, seafood, and poultry products.

Is GROVAC™ safe?     Yes! The GROVAC process is all natural.
